Single sign-on for Fieldlens by RedTeam
Optimize user access and simplify user management with single sign-on for Fieldlens.
Single sign-on (SSO) is now available on Fieldlens web and mobile to increase efficiency when signing in to Fieldlens and managing user access. If you use Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) for SSO, you can streamline the user experience for your team. Users will no longer have to remember a specific Fieldlens set of credentials to log in. Microsoft Entra ID also provides a setting to allow multi-factor authentication (MFA) to provide an additional layer of security.
Why would you use SSO?
This update makes it even easier to log in to Fieldlens to document field activity and collaborate with those who aren’t on the jobsite. It also provides an efficient way for company administrators to manage user access.
A setting in Microsoft Entra ID further allows for MFA to provide an additional layer of security. If you’re using Microsoft Entra ID and you’re interested in setting up SSO or multi-factor authentication, please review the article below and reach out to our support team with any questions.

How to use this feature
Company Administrators can set the SSO configuration in the Account menu > Settings > Company Settings > SSO Configuration. They’ll need to enter your company’s Microsoft Entra ID information in the form and save it to enable SSO.
When logging in on the web for the first time after SSO is enabled at the company level, enter your email address and choose ‘Or use SSO’ to log in. When logging in on the mobile app for the first time after SSO is enabled, enter your email address and choose ‘Login with SSO’ to get started. How to download and use the new Fieldlens mobile app
If you haven’t downloaded the new Fieldlens app, you can download the app from your preferred app store and log in to your account.
